Good questions all. Yes, if the cure is temporary, then eventually everyone will get back up and running. I figure Magneto first, because his abilities were much stronger than most others. He's helluva tough. Rogue and Mystique later. And it'll be great when Rogue sucks Bobby dry, no pun intended.
Professor X should still have his skillz- he's all mental. So moving to a new body and keeping the same mind should maintain his powers. Theoretically.
