The absolute best beer ever (dark or light) is Augustiner, but you can only get that in Bavaria. Think of a reason to go to Munich in the summer and spend the time at their beer garden. It's worth it.
Oh, and the thing about dry heat is that it doesn't make my hair frizz like humid air does.
