Yeah. I'm just too old and stubborn with vampire stuff. I mean, ok, vampire/romance happens - Anne Rice has given us plenty of that, and vampires have used their supernatural charms to sway pretty women to their will for centuries. It's Vampire Rule 27. So, sure, inevitably you'll get teenybopper romance stories with vampires in them. Fine. But... at least keep the vampires vampalicious. Sinister. These are like pussy vampires: "We don't eat people, we're all nice and friendly and just drink animal blood. We're like vegetarian vampires." OMGSTFU. And "The sun makes us sparkly." AAAAAAHHH THE LAMENESS IT BURNS LIKE SUNLIGHT ON A *REAL* VAMPIRE.
